Customer Satisfaction Analysis of Kedai 90’s, Rawamangun, East Jakarta


Abstract
Service is not that complicated, nor difficult to do, but if it’s done recklessly, it could be damaging enough due to its sensitivity. That is why every top managements should be aware of their customer needs and try to give their best service performance as possible to satisfies their costumers.
This journal named “Customer Satisfaction Analysis of Kedai 90’s, Rawamangun, East Jakarta”. This journal is purpose to find out consumer satisfaction of service performance in Kedai 90s Rawamangun, East Jakarta. This journal uses Validity-Reability analysis, Chi-Squared test and satisfaction analysis conducted through Likert Scale as its measuring instrument.
The results showed that customers are satisfied with the service performance of Rumah Makan Bebek Kaleyo. That conclusion proved by the results of Chi-squared test where X2 calculated value (28,52) is greater than Chi-squared table = 26,29 on α =5% which means Ho rejected and Ha accepted.



Conclusion
Based on Value Performance Index, the results showed that customer satisfaction reaches 82,85% which concludes that customers are satisfied of the service performance in Kedai 90s Rawamangun.
While based on Chi-sqaure test, the results concludes that Chi-squared calculated value is greater than Chi-squared table = 26,29 on α =5% which means Ho rejected and Ha accepted. That results means the customers are satisfied of the performance service in Kedai 90’s Rawamangun, but there are still much things to be improved on its service performance.
